Warmup Exercises
Plank with Hip Extension
• Perform a push-up plank. Maintain a straight line from head, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. Once stable, perform hip extension with one leg. Do not allow torso to rotate. Extensions are a vertical movement.
• This exercise can be done going through a full range of motion or at the end range of motion in the form of consecutive pumps.
• Tip: Hold for set time (30 - 45 seconds)
