Warmup Exercises
How to get on the Indo Board
• First blow the cushion up and rest the Indo Board squarely on it.
• Place one foot on,  nd your balance, then place the other foot on and begin to even out the weight between your two legs.
Board Hang Out
• Stand on the Indo Board in an athletic stance for a set amount of time. • Goal: Do not let the board touch the ground.
• Tip: Start out at 2 minutes and progress to 5 minutes
