Warmup Exercises
• A position in which the upper body is supported over the feet and knees are bent allowing the buttocks rests on or near the heels.
• Tip: Squat and hold for set time (2 minutes) or 2 sets at 12 repetitions each (up and down)

• Perform a plank with your hands on the edge of the Indo Board. Keep a straight line from shoulders to hips to ankles.
• Tip: Hold for set time (30 - 45 seconds)
