Warmup Exercises
Pelvic Bridge with Single Leg Extension
• Lie on back,  ex knees so that feet are  at on the ground. Keep feet together.
• Bridge so that pelvis is not on the ground. Maintain a straight line from shoulders, pelvis and knees. • Raise one foot off ground and perform knee extension. Maintain legs parallel with each other.
• Tip: Extend and hold for set time (5-10 seconds)

Pelvic Bridge Abduction with Resistance Band
• Lie on back,  ex knees so that feet are  at on the ground. Keep feet together.
• Bridge so that pelvis is not on the ground. Maintain a straight line from shoulders, pelvis and knees. • Place resistance band above the knees. Perform bilateral abduction.
• Tip: Extend and hold for set time (5-10 seconds)
