Warmup Exercises
Side-lying Clams with Resistance Band
• Lie on side. Place resistance bands above the knees. Flex knees and pull feet behind you. • Maintain a straight line from head, shoulders, pelvis, and knees.
• Raise the top leg up and go back down.
• Tip: Can extend and hold or perform pumps for set time (30 – 45 seconds)
